Legs legs legs. I did legs yesterday and it wasn't too bad. I did get over there at around 7:45am. I got back home right after 9am. My arms and legs are doing good. I wish I could get my belly going down some more. Maybe I can soon. I need to start on my core I guess.

Well Well. I had really forgotten about this blog. I guess to catch you up to date, the bottom line is that I failed at weight watchers. I managed to continue to walk every day since I first started in 2010. My dog and I have burned up the road a lot.

Now, I have been going to the gym for almost a month now. I started with meeting one of the trainers once a week. I have not really lost a lot of weight but I have lost some inches already. My arms and legs are doing really great. I actually have muscles for once instead of everything giggling around.

My core is not doing as well. We have to work on that some more. Yesterday we did chest and back. So some of the arms are still hurting a bit. So far I have been happy with trying to do better.

The whole thing is that I don't want to get diabetes. Wendy is already on some medicine for that and I am very afraid of that I will end up that way. All in all, I think this is the best way I can get in better shape and do well.
